[origin: WO2005053901A1] Disclosed is a hand-held electric machine tool comprising a tool housing (11) with a dust ejection nozzle (15) that is embodied thereupon and a dust collection container (16) which is connected to the dust ejection nozzle (15). In order to make sure that the full dust collection container (16) is emptied in time when working with the hand-held electric machine tool, a level indicator is provided which signals at least the maximum allowed dust content of the dust collection container (16). Preferably, the level indicator (20) is integrated in the tool housing (11) and encompasses a pressure sensor (21) that measures the pressure in the dust ejection nozzle (15) and a display unit (22) which is actuated in accordance with the measured pressure.
