[origin: WO2005061912A1] The invention relates to an adjusting and fixing device comprising a base body (1) and one or several fixing bodies (4, 5) arranged therein for fixing at least two components at a distance from each other in a stationary manner. A fixing body (4, 5) is inserted in a rotatable and pivotable manner into each end area (2, 3) of the base body (1) and is maintained in place on the outside. A pressure body (6, 7) can be displacably connected to the base body (1), from the outside inwards, whereon a wedge piece (8) is arranged at a right angle in relation to the direction of displacement of the pressure body (6, 7) which fixes the fixing bodies (4, 5) to said pressure body (6, 7).
