[origin: FR2862475A1] The system for transmission of information to a mobile telephone user (1) includes remote terminals (2.a, 2.b) with screens (4). A database stores information regarding each of the terminals, and a computer (5) displays this information in response to requests made by the mobile telephone user via the phone system. The system for transmission of information to a mobile telephone user (1) includes at least two remote terminals (2.a, 2.b) each provided with a screen (4), a display (3) identifying the terminal, and the number of a telephone server (11). A database stores information regarding each of the terminals, and a computer (5) is linked to the database and to the screens of the terminals to display on them a menu of options, and information from the database. A connection (6) is provided between the telephone server (11) and the computer system for transforming signals transmitted by the mobile telephone into an input for the computer system. The computer system includes a program to display information drawn from the database according to the selections made by the user from the menu.
