The method for video encoding includes determining whether a predetermined block of a predetermined size forming a video satisfies predetermined conditions corresponding to a first mode that is included in a plurality of encoding modes used to encode the video and choosing the first mode as an encoding mode of the predetermined block if the predetermined conditions are satisfied.
