Abstract (en)

The pump has two pistons attached to the ends of a connector rod (1) and each guided in a cylinder (3a,3b) and connected to a rolling membrane which can roll down between the periphery of the piston and the inside wall of the cylinder wherein a piezo motor (11) drives the pistons which are rigidly connected to one another. A cable braced between the pistons is looped round the drive shaft which is set stepwise in rotation through the piezo drive.
