Abstract (en)
Produced as an extruded part, a support/angular section (4) has a jointing element (4b) designed as a leg for the angular section with a jointing surface adapted to the contour of a collector tube (2). The jointing element can be fastened with the collector tube by pressure-jointing points (6) designed with a cone/knob shape and pressed into the collector tube's wall (2a). An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a heat exchanger like a condenser for motor vehicles.
