Abstract (en)
The method involves obtaining monitoring data relative to a preset HF electric signal produced by an electric equipment e.g. lamp, of a building from a hook-on ammeter (115). The ammeter detects the signal produced by the equipment on an electrical distribution network of the building, when a change of electric state of operation occurs in the equipment. An activity indicator detects an estimation of the activity carried on by a person from the monitoring data generated during a preset time period. The data includes information relative to a date of detection of the detected electric signal, identification data of the electric equipment, and data relating to the change of electric state of operation at the origin of the detected electric signal. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a data processing device for the remote monitoring of the activity of a person in a building (2) a device for the remote monitoring of the activity of a person in a building.

Des signaux électriques prédéfinis, produits par un équipement électrique du bâtiment lorsque ledit équipement change d'état électrique de fonctionnement, sont détectés sur le réseau de distribution d'électricité du bâtiment. Par analyse de chaque signal électrique détecté, sont générées des données de suivi incluant des informations relatives au moment de la détection, à l'équipement électrique à l'origine du signal et au changement d'état électrique correspondant. Au moins un paramètre représentatif de l'activité exercée par ladite personne est déterminé, sous forme d'une probabilité de réalisation d'une activité ou d'un type d'activité, à partir des données de suivi générées au cours d'une période de temps prédéfinie.
