[origin: WO2006087148A1] Disclosed is a cooling arrangement for chilled material stored in storage containers, especially for at least one party keg filled with beverage. Said cooling arrangement comprises an envelope (10) for the storage container, which is or is not provided with a tapping hole and leaves an air jacket (18A) between the envelope and the storage container, and at least one cooling element (20; 30) that is disposed in a breakthrough of the envelope in order to cool the air jacket. The envelope encompasses at least one intrinsically rigid, thermally insulating upper jacket module (10A) for at least partly covering or surrounding the at least one storage container. Preferably, the air jacket (18A) is made to revolvingly circulate around the entire surface of the storage container while the circulation air is directed over an actively cooled heat exchanger (20C') each time.
