[origin: WO2005062013A1] The invention relates to a pressure sensor comprising a membrane (1) which be moved or deformed in a variable manner as a result of pressure differences. The structure of the pressure sensor is such that it can also be used advantageously in areas which are difficult to access and at high temperatures. At least one functional section (1.1.) of the membrane (1) consists of a material which has the properties of a black radiator or which has a radiation capacity in the respective spectral radiation range which is essential for detection, corresponding to the temperature of the membrane (1) in conditions of use. The membrane (1) is associated with at least one radiation receiver unit with an IR radiation sensor (4), which at least partially detects the radiation thus emitted.
