Abstract (en)
The device has a cord (1A) fixed on a drum at a proximity of an orifice of a winding surface, and a compensation chamber (6) placed radially inside the drum. The chamber comprises a stage (61) extending axially on width of the winding surface of the drum and another stage (62) moved axially with respect to the stage (61). A pull-off module (8) is placed in a housing at the periphery of the drum. The module has a detent system with a cleat pivoted against a toothed track formed on the periphery of a body of the module.
