Abstract (en)
The blade (1), at least in some regions, is made of a cellular material (5) such as a metal foam. A cellular material may be in the working region (7) of the blade, or in the fixing region (9) of the blade. The blade can be used in a gas turbine, as steam turbine or a compressor. The cellular material may form an external surface with a closed structure opposite the cells.
