[origin: EP1707895A2] The exchanger has a heat exchanger chamber (72) subjected with combustion gases from a burner and a water chamber subjected with heating water. The chamber (72) surrounds a combustion chamber (56) of the burner circularly and is circularly passed-through by the combustion gases. The chamber (72) limits a flow path for the gases, where the path is guided over a circumferential angle of more than 270 degrees.
