Abstract (en)
The device (12) has a jeweled bow with an upper jewel forming an endstone that has a bulged upper surface. A spring (42) is constituted by a metal leaf forming an arm with a rectilinear section (48) extended parallel to a radial direction of an axis of a journal (14). The arm has a support section (46) extended along a diametrical direction perpendicular to the section (48) to constitute the support end supporting against the surface to axially retain the bow in a housing (28) made on a bridge. The arm has an annular sector (50) working in torsion around an axis parallel to the section (48).
