[origin: EP1710387A2] In a process to assemble double-glazing panels, the gaps between the panels defined by a series of U-shaped plastic or metal profiles. The gaps between two adjacent profiles are bridged by push-fit U-shaped fittings whose side flanks bear a herringbone array of spacer-grips. The herringbone projections engage with the profiles. The link fittings are made e.g. of plastic.
