Abstract (en)
A biasing device for biasing to return an operating lever (10) toward a neutral direction is provided outside a housing (20). The biasing device includes a coil spring (14) through which the operating lever (10) is inserted, a first spring bearing (11a) which is provided to the operating lever (10) to receive one end of the coil spring (14), and a second spring bearing (29b) which includes a circular plate portion (29b) forming an upper surface of the housing (20) to receive the other end of the coil spring (14).
