Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2005052268A1] The invention relates to a hydraulic control system for controlling a hydraulic consumer (2, 4) that actuates a working tool (8) of a mobile equipment, said consumer being provided with a vibration damper (30) for damping the vibrations when the working tool is slowed down. According to the invention, said vibration damper has two opposed pilot-operated check valves (32, 34) that are located in a connecting line (36) between a pressure medium feed (26) and a pressure medium discharge (28). The check valves are impinged upon in the opening direction by the pressure in the discharge (28) or in the feed (26) section and in the closing direction by the same pressure and the force of a spring. The pressure acting upon the check valve (52) on the discharge side in the closing direction can be reduced after a predetermined initial lift of a slide valve of the control system so that the check valve is opened by the pressure and the connecting line between the feed and the return section is actuated to open.
