Abstract (en)

[origin: DE102004003859A1] Method for controlling the material flow in a production process or in consumable and replacement part supply for a product (8) made from a large number of individual parts (3, 4), whereby the individual parts are supplied to the goods inwards point of a logistics system (2, 5, 7) and each individual part is provided with a transponder (13, 14) that contains production and or delivery data. The data stored in the transponders are read, particularly at goods inwards, so that the individual parts are delivered in a controlled manner to downstream processing stations. The invention also relates to a computer program and device for implementing the inventive method. Independent claims are also included for the following:- (A) a method in which goods to which a transponder is attached are handled dependent on data stored in the transponder and; (B) a method in which a logistics process is controlled based on data stored in a transponder.
