[origin: EP1712164A2] The gather device has a number of draw cords (4) connected to the winding shaft (10) through a bracket with means for entraining the draw cords. The bracket is held detachable on at least one outwardly directed web strip (14) which runs in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft. Independent claim describes winding shaft with outwardly directed web strip which has at the end a flange pointing in the winding direction and a flange pointing in the unwinding direction.
