Abstract (en)
Shower floor element (2) with a laminar suppprt element (3) made from hard foamed material, e.g. hard expanded plastic, with a waterproof film (4) on its upper face and is sealed to the support element. The expanded plastic has a relatively high density of about 100 g per cubic decimeter. The film is rough on one or both sides and has an adhesive layer, e.g. in fiber and/or nonwoven material.
