[origin: EP1712800A1] The fan impeller (1) has a hub (2) with several vanes (4) extending radially out from it, and a ring (7) installed co-axially with the hub and radially between the hub and outside diameter of the impeller. The ring has several defined fastening positions distributed over its circumference for the attaching of at least one balance weight. The fastening positions are formed by a profiling (9) of the ring which is provided exclusively between the spaced apart vanes.
