Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1712844A2] In a process to regulate the pre-heat process to reach a target temperature of a food oven e.g. a cake baking oven, the pre-heat process is regulated by a control program. The control program is derived from an existing control program that has been determined for a specific type of oven, but incorporating a mathematically calculated correction factor that takes into account the characteristics of the oven in question; and/or the correction program has a dynamic correction factor that takes into account varying operating parameters. also claimed is a commensurate temperature control assembly.
