Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2864514A1] The connection unit has a boomerang type suspension arm (3) comprising a squeeze zone with a squeeze surface (33) designed to receive a dowel bush. The surface extends transversally to a raised edge (32) for closing an end of the arm. The surface is formed to couple cylindrical form of the bush, and extends angularly and offers a contact surface for one-fourth of periphery of the bush. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an assembly formed by a connection unit (B) a method of manufacturing a connection unit (C) a drawing die designed to swage a connection unit (D) a motor vehicle.
