[origin: FR2866510A1] The process involves processing a standard series identifier of a communication apparatus to store an indication of the apparatus capabilities in relation with a user coordination. A simplified identifier is established for each type of a set of communication apparatuses that share a set of technical capabilities and provided to a user. The simplified identifier is transmitted in a format useable by a server center (4). Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an application of a process for identifying technical capability of a mobile communication apparatus in a wireless communication network (B) a server center of a wireless communication network.
