Abstract (en)

The device has a support (3) comprising a vertical axle that receives a fitting head (6) of a connection unit (5). The support (3) is fixed on a guide rail (10). The unit (5) has a descending arch segment (7) with a strut (8) connected to an arm unit (1) of a traffic sign. The segment (7) has a shell in the form of a helical segment. The unit (1) moves between free passage and no thoroughfare positions. The unit (5) is formed to retain the unit (1) between the two positions. The axle and the arm unit are moved in a vertical plane and separated in a horizontal plane.
