Abstract (en)
The device has hollow tubes (3, 5, 7) forming a telescope-like pullout (9). The pullout is provided with sealing units such that a low pressure develops inside one of the tubes during extraction of the pullout. The low pressure is sustained against an ambient environment. A suction hole (11) is formed at a free end of the tube (3). A low pressure space is formed by inside the tubes.
