The frame has a distance unit (13) arranged in a gap (14) that is formed between the frame and a wall (3) and/or wall opening (2). The unit is formed of a mass and exhibits a deformable state during displacement of the frame and a different solid state after reinforcement of the unit. The unit is formed in dimension stable manner in the solid state, and bridges the gap between the frame and the wall and/or wall opening.

Die Erfindung beschreibt ein Rahmenelement, insbesondere Sicherheitszarge, zum Anbringen in einer Wandöffnung (2) einer Wand (3), mit mindestens einem Distanzelement (13), welches in einem zwischen dem Rahmenelement und der Wand (3) bzw. der Wandöffnung (2) ausgebildeten Spalt (14) angeordnet ist. Das Distanzelement (13) ist aus einer Masse gebildet, welche beim Versetzen des Rahmenelements eine erste, umformbare Zustandsform und nach ihrem Verfestigen eine zweite dazu unterschiedliche, feste Zustandsform aufweist, und das Distanzelement (13) ist in der zweiten Zustandsform formstabil ausgebildet.
