[origin: WO2005080661A1] The invention relates to a method for producing non-wovens, according to which a lyotropic solution of cellulose carbamate in N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide (NMMNO) is spun to several continuous threads into a precipitation bath via an air gap by extruding the same through a nozzle beam comprising several openings, whereupon said continuous threads are intermingled with the aid of gaseous medium and/or fluid that flows thereagainst. The invention further relates to such non-wovens and the use thereof.
