[origin: WO2005088499A1] A method of optimizing freight of goods for users, each of them in relationship with carriers comprising the following steps: the user (1) is connected through a computer (10) to an information system (30) of a service provider; the user (1) sends goods delivery requests to the information system (30), specifying the destination, the quantity of goods with their physical characteristics, the desired delivery time; the information system (30) transmits through a telecommunication network the requests to each carrier (41, 42, 43; 51, 52, 53) in relationship with the user. The method comprises also the following steps: the information system (30) receives from the carriers, processes, compares, organizes and sends to the user the delivery request and confirms the freight of each request to the chosen carrier, so that the user can prepare the required documents for the freight; and the information system (30) provides for a database of the programmed and the performed freights in a reserved memory area (20).
