Procedure for pressing a liquid extract from a press good, where the press good: is transported to a press extruder along a press way; is formed with a pressing power and is reacted with at least an extracting agent that is derived together with the extract from the press good, comprises supplying the extracting agent, to the press good, with a weight percentage that is double the weight of the extract contained in the press good. An independent claim is included for a device for pressing a liquid extract from a press good, which is designed as a press extruder exhibiting a squeeze flowing freely in a hydraulic cylinder barrel and which is attached to at least a feeding arrangement for the extracting agent and at least an extract collecting mechanism, comprising the feeding arrangement, for the extracting agent, that is coupled with the dosing equipment, which maximally limits the supply of the extracting agent to double the weight of the extract that is contained in the press good.

Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung dienen zum Pressen eines flüssigen Extraktes aus einem Preßgut heraus. Das Preßgut wird von einer Schneckenpresse entlang eines Preßweges transportiert und mit einem Preßdruck beaufschlagt. Zusätzlich wird das Preßgut mit mindestens einem Extraktionsmittel versetzt, das gemeinsam mit dem Extrakt aus dem Preßgut abgeleitet wird. Das Extraktionsmittel wird dem Preßgut höchstens mit einem Gewichtsanteil zugeführt, der das doppelte des Gewichts des im Preßgut enthaltenen Gewichts beträgt. Mindestens ein Teil des Extraktionsmittels löst sich im Extrakt.
