[origin: EP1717383A2] The body has inner and outer tubes (2, 3) arranged concentric to each other, where each tube is provided with horizontally arranged inlet openings (5, 6) and a pressure flow is formed in the tubes. The tubes are attached to a device for controlling the pressure flow and/or pressure flow formation. The inner tube has a wall opening and a fastening unit (7), which extends in a radially outward manner and connected with the outer tube in a detachable or firm manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for draining a roof e.g. flat roof.
