Abstract (en)

The device has a U-shaped housing containing inner shanks (26, 27) that are parallel and run with a distance to outer shanks (24, 25) of the housing. Leaf springs have respective spring bearings that are accommodated between the inner shanks. A lowered profile (3) has U-shaped side shanks (28, 29) that run in a gap that is formed between the inner shanks and the outer shanks in the housing.
