Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1717518A1] The appliance has a cooking chamber, a cooking chamber drain (31) for a fluid, and a siphon downstream to the drain (31). A cooking appliance drain is arranged downstream to the siphon. A connecting pipe runs from a water header (34) in the siphon into the chamber. A conveyor assigned to the pipe provides a controllable supply of fluid from the header into the chamber. A distribution unit is provided for the fluid in the chamber.
