Abstract (en)
The method involves using a suction device (12) that has suction mechanisms (13) for holding and lifting two types of segment plates (2a,2b), and for placing the held segment plates to form a package. A vacuum paste is applied between the suction mechanisms and segment plates to prevent vacuum leaks. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) Lamination package; and (2) Segment plate.
