Said substructure (7) comprises a honeycomb-like core layer (2) which is covered by an open-celled first cover layer (3) on the noise emission side and a second cover layer (4) on the outer skin side. Said substructure is attached to the outer skin (6) by suitable attachment means (5). The HPC value of the entire self-supporting vehicle part (1) is less than 1000. The airflow resistance of the cover layer (3) is between 200 and 5000 Ns/m<3>.
