[origin: WO2005080724A1] In a motor vehicle, a door (1) and the body (2) are connected by a pantographic hinge system comprising an arm that essentially consists of the following elements: a housing module (6) which comprises an open flank (21) and out of which project two shaft sections (10, 11, 12, 13) that can be rotated while coupled in two end regions; and a mechanical coupling module (22) that is used to create the rotary coupling of the shaft sections (10, 11, 12, 13) and can be introduced through the open flank (21) into the housing module (6). The mechanical coupling module (22) is introduced into the housing module (6) once the door (1) and body (2), connected by the housing module (6), have been painted.
