[origin: WO2005081126A2] A system, server and computer program product for monitoring and auditing data in one or more spreadsheets are disclosed. The System comprises a file store within which files containing spreadsheet data can be stored, a database, and monitoring means. The monitoring means operates to detect changes in spreadsheet data within the file store, and to record the changes in the database. Also disclosed are a system, server and a computer program product for monitoring and auditing program code within one or more documents, such as spreadsheet documents. These aspects of the invention are, in typical embodiments, provided in combination with one another.
