Abstract (en)
The safety brake has a conveyor which has a quick release mechanism fastened (4) to a brake shoe (5), which is parallely arranged to a moving arranged rail. The quick release mechanism is movable from a release position into a brake position, in which the brake shoe is pressed against the rail. A damping media (11) is provided which absorbs the brake position when in a release position.
