[origin: WO2005085762A2] The invention relates to a sensor, in particular a Hall sensor, comprising a sensor element (1; 10), providing a sensor signal (SS), containing an interfernce signal (STS) an analytical device (6; 20), connected to the sensor element and a subtractor (2; 21) which subtracts the interference signal from the sensor signal, whereby the sensor comprises a filter unit which filters the interference signal from the sensor signal. The sensor and corresponding method permit a compensation for the interference signal.
