Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1721728A2] The press has a rear wall, a front wall and side walls, and a rotatably driven screw (7) arranged in a lower area (6), where an axis of the screw runs in a direction of the side walls. A pair of shaft (12, 13) is arranged in an upper area (11) of the press and above the screw at an angle to the screw axis. Two compaction units (14, 15) protrude out from the respective shafts. The shafts are designed adjacent to one another and are rotatable.
