[origin: EP1722062A2] The device has a screw (3) inserted in a threaded hole running in a window frame profile on a part connected with a wall. A plate (4) is connected with the wall and arranged at ends of the screw (3) that is lying outside a window frame, where the plate is made of plastic. The plate is provided with a retainer for a head of the screw (3). The screw is retained in the retainer against a relative motion in its longitudinal direction and is rotatable about its axis, where the head of the screw has a larger diameter than the longitudinal area of the screw.
