[origin: FR2866783A1] The device has a loop shaped fold to permit its attachment on a tie-in thread and to allow, after attachment, its free pivoting on the thread. Folds at an end of a strand that extends from the loop shaped fold permit attachment of an elevating thread (20). A fold (45) extending from an end portion of the thread (20) forms hook and allows hooking of an elevating thread (21) after bringing the two elevating threads together.
