Abstract (en)
The exercise machine (100) for ski training, especially the skating techniques for cross country skiing, has two step plates (26L,26R) on carriers (24L,24R) at the floor and which rotate next to each other at one end in swing mountings (20L,20R). Each carrier swings on a vertical pivot axis (Z4) through movement at the free end of the swing plate, overcoming a given force at the swing mounting along a x-y plane. Each plate has a relative movement against the carrier by overcoming a given force on a vertical swing axis (Z1) in at least one spatial direction (x,y,z).
