Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1724406A2] In a process to manufacture pre-cast concrete roof panels (2), the concrete is cast in a form with a concave surface (4). The concrete is steel reinforced by a wire bridge grid structure spanning the panel upper surface and anchored to the concrete at regular intervals by vertical anchorage wires (3b). On a production line the form profile is adjusted by a hydraulic cylinder (5). Also claimed is a commensurate concrete roof panel.
