In order to ensure at any moment the horizontal position of the platform, said mechanism is provided with an adjusting device (30) associated with at least one of the pressure systems (20), thereby making it possible to control the location of the cable by the associated pressure system (20) or the insertion depth of the cable (5) into the groove (17).
