Abstract (en)

A plurality of indication pieces (18S), (18S') and (18F) extending from a lower edge of a crown-shaped cap body (14) to be screwed onto a container (12) are joined through a bridge (20), there is provided a flap (22) formed by turning up a portion of one of the indication pieces (18F) to be engaged with a protrusion stripe engagement portion (12P) on a lower portion of a neck part (12N) of the container (12), the flap (22) passes over the protrusion stripe engagement portion (12) and is removed from the container (12) together with the cap body (14) without being left on the neck part of the container, when the flap (22) passes over the protrusion stripe engagement portion (12), the indication piece (18F) with the flap is displaced outward so as to break the bridge (20) joining the adjacent indication pieces (18S) and (18S') with the indication piece (18F) whereby the cap opening proof is indicated, and the flap (22) is developed relative to the indication piece (18F) when the flap (22) passes over the protrusion stripe engagement portion (12P) to be engaged with the flap protrusion prevention (26) provided on the adjacent indication pieces (18S) and (18S') whereby the leading end of the flap (22) never protrudes inside of the inner peripheral face of the cap body (12).
