Abstract (en)
Production of a spun fleece (1) from endless filaments comprises spinning filaments with natural ripples, depositing on a deposition device (4) and feeding the deposited filaments with the deposition device into a solidification device (6) in which the filaments are solidified with a fluid. An independent claim is also included for a device for producing a spun fleece. Preferred Features: Solidification is thermal solidification using a hot fluid. The filaments with the natural ripples are multiple component filaments with a side/side arrangement and/or a core/sleeve arrangement.
