The oven has a muffle (2) whose front side is closed by a door (4), and surrounded by a case (5) with a ventilating device (9) comprising a ventilator (10) connected to a ventilating duct (11) placed in a space (12) between the case and the muffle. The duct creates an air circulation between inlet and outlet openings (13, 14) of the front side. The door (4) has a ventilating crosspiece (28) creating, inside the door, a fresh air flow transversal to the door coming from outside the door and circulating the flow in the direction of a specific zone (30) to be cooled.

Un four de cuisson (1) comprenant un moufle (2) dont la face frontale (3) est fermée par une porte (4), et entouré par un boîtier (5) comprenant une paroi supérieure (6), des parois latérales (7) et une paroi inférieure (8), un dispositif de ventilation (9) comprenant un ventilateur (10) connecté à au moins un conduit de ventilation (11) placé dans un espace (12) entre le boîtier (5) et le moufle (2) et destiné à créer une circulation d'air entre des ouvertures d'entrée (13) et de sortie (14). La porte (4) comprend un moyen de ventilation (28) de ladite porte (4) permettant de créer à l'intérieur de ladite porte (4) au moins un flux d'air frais (F2) transversal à la porte (4) provenant de l'extérieur de ladite porte (4) et circulant en direction d'au moins une zone spécifique (30) à refroidir. L'invention s'applique notamment aux fours à usage ménager.
