The housing (11,13) is of a brick shape with a longitudinal opening (15) in its upper side. The opening (15) is closed with a matching lid (14). Electronic components (17) such as light emitting diodes (18) or plugs and sockets (19), all attached to an imprinted circuit board (20), are accommodated in the space (16) inside the housing (11) and surrounded by an embedding material (23). Several cylindrical sleeves (26,27) are guided from the lid (14) towards the bottom of the container (13), allowing access to the objects (17,18,19) at the bottom.

Ein Aufnahmegehäuse (11) für ein Handwerkzeuggerät umfasst ein erstes eine Öffnung (15) aufweisendes Gehäuseteil (13) und ein zweites Gehäuseteil (14) zum Verschliessen der Öffnung (15), wobei die Gehäuseteile (13, 14) einen Aufnahmeraum (16) ausbilden. Weiter umfasst das Aufnahmegehäuse (11) eine mit Elektronikbauteilen (17, 18, 19) bestückte Platine (20), die in einem Abstand (A) zu der Öffnung (15) in dem ersten Gehäuseteil (13) angeordnet ist. An dem zweiten Gehäuseteil (14) ist zumindest ein Hülsenabschnitt (26) vorgesehen, dessen freie axiale Länge (L) zumindest dem Abstand (A) zwischen der Platine (20) und der Öffnung (15) entspricht.
