Abstract (en)
The device has a wheel (7) driven by a motor (10), where the wheel/motor assembly is integrated to a cylindrical frame (6) slidingly mounted in translation in a circular ring (15), in a vertical plane. The ring is arranged in the thickness of a horizontal plate (14). The frame has a shape complementary to that of the ring. The ring in combination with the frame provides the assembly a rotational movement in a horizontal plane. The tire tread of the wheel has ridges.
