Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1728982A2] The device has a retainer part (5) arranged at a base part (3) for producing a reversible detachable, form fit connection with a component e.g. pump. The base part is connected with an oil pan, where the retainer part is an integral part of the base part and bendable over a foldable area (4). The connection between the oil pan and the base part is produced by an adhesive. The form of the base part adapts to a locking section of the component. An independent claim is also included for a method of fixing a component in the oil pan.
